You may return resource purchases for a refund within (10) days from receipt thereof, subject to the following:
1. The resources must be returned in the same original condition as at the time of purchase.
2. The refund amount will be based on the price paid less any delivery, postage and or insurance costs.
3. Given the nature of Ebook (PDF) purchases, these purchases are not subject to this Refund Policy.
