Do you know that most of the sections of the AARTO Act come into effect on the first of December 2025? Join the presenters, experts in the field, who will discuss important aspects of the Act. They will also provide answers to commonly asked questions such as –
- How are fines served, timelines involved, and the legal options available (nomination of driver, payment, representation, appeals)?
- What are Courtesy Letters, Enforcement Orders and fee structures?
- How do organisations manage employee/driver compliance, record-keeping obligations, verifying demerit statuses, and implementing or updating internal policies—including disciplinary and incapacity procedures?
